At Furry Friends Forevers, your satisfaction—and your pet’s happiness—means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (e.g., pet food, treats)

  • Grooming products that have been opened

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Personalized/customized items

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange if your item qualifies.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item
